Hello friend. It feels funny writing to you. A lot's been going on lately, and as a result, a lot of change is coming. Today i sent my confirmation for a new apartment in Copenhagen. I'm officially leaving Paris. I know I've lived there before but it's not the same. I'm not going for an exchange. It's for real this time. A huge leap of faith. But I need to go. Paris is just not for me I think. I want a new start, a fresh one.
I used to have a perfectly fine portfolio as far as professional standards go in the design industry. But i felt like i was hiding under an overly designed UI. This new format is part of the fresh start. Paradoxically, I find that complicated designs usually get in the way of personality. And personality is exactly what i want this website to show. A clean interface where I can lay my work and thoughts.
I'm not sure yet what I'll be writing about. But that's the beauty of it, don't you think? I want to write about anything that I find myself interested in, with no restrictions, no algorithm, no likes. Plain pixels on a screen. If you want general themes to have an idea of what to expect, i'm planning on writing about design, tech, music, probably sociology and fashion. I hope you'll stay tuned and that I may always find a friendly ear in you.
